  • Serving as the primary location for the opening day, focused on welcoming attendees, keynote addresses, and initial networking sessions.
  • Malvern Town Hall: Hosting panel discussions, workshops, and breakout sessions on the subsequent days, focusing on specific investment opportunities, sector-specific insights, and detailed case studies.

Target Audience: Kenyan sole traders and business owners in Victoria, local Victorian business owners interested in Kenyan markets, and individuals aiming to venture into businesses that connect these two vibrant regions.

Sponsorship Packages

Platinum Sponsorship 

 The Platinum sponsorship fee is USD 7,500, payable upon signing the sponsorship agreement.

Benefits: Platinum sponsors are entitled to the following exclusive benefits:

  • Commercial Play: Two 30-second pre-recorded commercials played before high-traffic sessions (e.g., opening keynote, industry panel).
  • Presentation Slot: A 20-minute presentation slot during a dedicated sponsor showcase session. Topics must be relevant to the investment forum theme and approved by organizers.
  • Speaker Nomination: Nominate one speaker for a panel discussion on a pre-approved topic (subject to organizer approval). Speaker honorarium of USD 500 included.
  • Exhibition Table: One 8ft x 3ft exhibition table in a prime location with high foot traffic. Display of company brochures, promotional materials, and product demos permitted.
  • Video Production: A professionally produced      2-minute company video showcased on the event's YouTube channel and social media platforms.
  • Roll-up Banner Display: One branded roll-up banner prominently displayed throughout the event venue. Banner size limited to 3ft x 6ft with pre-approved design.
  • Digital Media Recognition: Logo placement with links on the event website, mobile app, all event marketing materials, press releases, and social media posts

Gold Sponsorship 

Sponsorship Fee: USD 5,000, payable upon signing the sponsorship agreement.

Benefits:

  • Commercial Play: One 15-second pre-recorded commercial played on a high-traffic screen during breaks, before, and after the main plenary session.
  • Presentation Slot: A 10-minute presentation slot during the main plenary session with access to a screen for multimedia presentations. The topic must be relevant to the investment forum theme and approved by the organisers.
  • Exhibition Space: One  6ft x 3ft exhibition table in a designated area with moderate foot traffic. Display of company brochures, promotional materials, and product demos permitted. Access to the venue for setup will be granted 24 hours before the event starts.
  • Video Production: A professionally produced 1-minute company video showcased on the event      YouTube channel and select social media platforms.
  • Roll-up Banner Display: One branded roll-up banner prominently displayed within the main meeting hall. Banner size limited to 3ft x 6ft with pre-approved design.
  • Digital Media Recognition: Logo placement with a link on the event website, mobile app, and select event marketing materials.

Silver Sponsorship 

Sponsorship Fee: USD 3,500, payable upon signing the sponsorship agreement.

  • Commercial Play: One 10-second pre-recorded commercial played on a prominent screen during breaks, before, and after the main plenary session.
  • Presentation Slot: A 5-minute presentation slot during the main plenary session with access to a screen for basic media illustrations. Topic must be relevant to the investment forum theme and approved by organizers.
  • Exhibition Space: One 6ft x 2ft exhibition table in a designated area with moderate foot traffic. Display of company brochures, proThe topic-motional materials, and product demos permitted. Access to the venue for setup will be granted 24 hours before the event starts.
